Our Menu rotates through a 5 week menu plan. 

We change our menu every spring and fall for variety. 

We follow the Canada Food Guide and provide 2 snacks and lunch daily.  We do homemade baking for the children's snacks :) The Canada Food Guide can be found at https://food-guide.canada.ca/en/
